This project involves the development of a GIS Plug-in, to be incorporated with the existing Bhive scheduling system used by I-COMM. The system will overlay the scheduled jobs and field staff on geospatial maps and provide rich user interface to allocate jobs to field staff

The GIS reporting system will provide the following enhancements to their existing scheduling system by

• Improving job allocation process with rich User Interface.
• Increasing field staff performance through allocation of more jobs per staff and reduction of idle time between jobs.
• Tracking the location of current staff.
• Facilitating field staff with directions to assigned jobs and business locations.
