OVERVIEW

The tool assists the disaster recovery team to manage the testing tasks during disaster recovery operations and tests, provide updated views of the current status of the tests, inform the business about the summary of the tests and overall progress of the test, generate data for reports after the completion of the tests and view the status of the tests online.


OBJECTIVES
    • Reduction of manual processes thus reducing communication delays
    • Expansion of current web connectivity for remote users to track progress
    • Increased functionality - progress to date, time to finish
    • Repositories for various reports - business reports
    • Automated reporting including extraction of issues into reports
    • Increased graphical representation of recovery
    • Multi user control and management
    • Ensure that tasks commence in the required order
    • Display the status of overdue tasks
