The e-FAQ tool is used to create, maintain and generate FAQs and Product Release Notes for the Data Network Division’s products. It acts as an interface to the database as it stores FAQs and PRNs and their related metadata. The tool focuses on searching, retrieving and generating HTML pages. Manual intervention is decreased and efficiencies are increased via the tool’s automated capabilities.
